  • E-Dream (Mar 2026) – A fundraising journey aiming to raise VND 2 billion to support flood-affected communities and build new schools in underprivileged areas.

During the event, E-Dream—The Dream School Project, the heart of the 15-year celebration, received an initial donation of VND 127 million, moving closer to its fundraising goal to support vulnerable communities and construct a new school site in Quảng Trị Province in 2026. Shortly after the ceremony, the organizing committee contributed VND 150 million to the Central Relief Committee–Vietnam Fatherland Front as a heartfelt gesture of Edufit’s solidarity with flood-affected families. The project will also continue supporting a school in Thái Nguyên Province to recover from storm damage.

Nearly 500 kilometers – more than 10 hours of travel under the scorching early summer sun… But nothing could stop the group of students, parents, and staff members from Edufit Education Group as they carried love, dreams, and hope to Bao Nam 1 Primary School (Ky Son, Nghe An).

After five months of construction, the 14th “Dream School” was officially inaugurated, marking a significant milestone in Edufit’s 11-year journey of community service. From makeshift classrooms with poor lighting and worn-out furniture, the students of Bao Nam 1 Primary School now have a spacious, modern learning environment – giving them the motivation to pursue knowledge and chase their dreams.

ngôi-trường-ước-mơ-01

This trip to Bao Nam 1 Primary School not only brought meaningful gifts to the local students, but also gave students from FV88 It Com and Sakura Montessori valuable life experiences. “Before coming here, I had some vague ideas, but it was only upon arrival that I truly understood the difficulties the children face – living in such a remote area, enduring this heat, and walking long distances to school every day. I think they are amazing. I believe that as students who are fortunate to have access to education, we have a mission to share this opportunity with others. This project allows us to do just that,” shared Luong Xuan Khai, a student from FV88 It Com Tay Ho Tay.

Beyond the goal of building 20 new schools by 2030, the “Dream School” project also represents a long-term commitment to supporting disadvantaged students through financial aid and special classes led by FV88 It Com students themselves.
Ms. Do Hong Nhung, a parent from FV88 It Com Cau Giay, shared: “Our children have benefited greatly from the foundations of family, education, and teachers. I believe there’s one more essential quality they need to become global citizens – empathy, generosity, and the spirit of sharing, which are core values at FV88 It Com and Edufit as a whole. Through experiences like this, our children learn how to give and spread positive values – not just for their own growth, but for the betterment of the country as a whole, so that all future generations can benefit from a quality education.”

We invite all parents to revisit these touching moments from this special journey – where the dreams of children in mountainous regions are lifted, step by step, to become successful, responsible individuals who contribute to the nation . Edufit firmly believes that with the support of the community, this journey will continue to spread and create many positive changes for the future.

The journey to Bao Nam 1 Primary School (Ky Son District, Nghe An Province) began with the story of a small school nestled halfway up a mountain where students still walk each day to class along rugged, uneven slopes, facing many hardships and shortages.

It was from this heartfelt concern that the Edufit community came together to ignite a shared dream: to build new classrooms that are not only more spacious and well-equipped, but also warmer and more welcoming, not just through walls and desks, but through the love and care of parents, students, teachers, and staff across the entire Edufit Corporation.

CamNhanNgoiTruongUocMo_1

For the students, the trip to Bao Nam 1 was a deeply moving experience. For the first time, they set foot in a place where a solid classroom is a dream, and a new desk is a treasured gift. For the first time, they witnessed the radiant smiles of children receiving a new book or schoolbag. And for the first time, they shared through teary eyes, “This experience has helped us appreciate our lives so much more.”

CamNhanNgoiTruongUocMo_6

For parents, the journey was filled with emotion. Watching their children engage with new friends, seeing them gently hold each small gift to hand over with care, they realized: their children are growing in a truly special way through empathy, through compassion. Not just from books, but through real experiences, the children are learning how to live responsibly within a community.

The journey of “The Dream School” at Bao Nam 1 has come to a close, but the echoes of love remain in every gaze, every smile, and every heartfelt hug.

And the journey will continue. Because each member of Edufit carries the desire to spread meaningful values and together nurture a future of education that is sustainable, compassionate, and filled with love.

Let us listen to the heartfelt stories and emotions shared by the volunteer team at Bao Nam 1 Primary School, where small dreams are uplifted by big hearts.

“One test of the correctness of educational procedure is the happiness of the child” – Dr. Maria Montessori.

And that’s also the philosophy applied to “Sakura to Dewey” – the consistent learning pathway from nursery to high school at Sakura Montessori and FV88 It Com, where children grow up and learn with joy every day.

Here, each lesson not only delivers knowledge but also gives them a new experience for them to better understand themselves, fulfill their potential, establish self-learning skills, gradually becoming a better version of themselves.

Education is not preparation for a distant future.

Education is life itself—as stated by the great educational reformer John Dewey.

“Sakura to Dewey” is a journey of growth made from the effort of the children, with the support of the parents, the guidance of the teachers, and a reliable environment—where the philosophy, learning pathway, teaching quality, and school culture are consistent from nursery to high school.

A continuous journey—for children to be themselves: confident and independent individuals who shine in their own way.

Parents, have you ever wondered?

Does studying in a continuous education system from preschool to high school provide the best development for your child?

Would your child benefit from a more stable learning journey without having to change school environments at each level?

Should you create an opportunity for your child to build a strong connection with a “second home” from their early years?

Choosing a school is more than just selecting a place for your child to learn – it’s about choosing a pathway that shapes their future. It’s a journey spanning over a decade, where they develop character, gain experiences, and grow upon the foundational building blocks of education.

Some parents believe that a K-12 learning environment fosters stability and continuity, allowing children to develop along a clear and structured path. However, concerns remain: What positive experiences does this consistency truly offer?

In this video, we’ll hear firsthand insights from parents – their perspectives, experiences, and expectations. These real-life stories will help you make a more informed decision about your child’s education.

What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comments below! Watch the full video .

“Education is a natural process carried out by the child and is not acquired by listening to words but by experiences in the environment” – Maria Montessori

To children, attending a new school is like moving into a new house. There they search for safety and connection with people (teachers and friends) and the surroundings so that each day at school is a journey full of new and exciting experiences.

Chuyen-nha-1

Changing schools regularly – Not just academic progress loss

Upon school changing, children tend to more or less withdraw! Are the new friends friendly? How about the teachers? Is the learning approach different? Constant changes leave the children confused, fearful of making new connections, and gradually losing their confidence.

It’s a great concern for many parents when they must change the school for their kids due to residential, financial, or family matters. Regardless of which level of education they are in, when children change schools, there are a number of challenges they must face: making new connections and adjusting to the new learning approach, method, curriculum, and school culture. If the disruption is too much, children might feel discouraged and disheartened, resulting in a loss of academic progress or even confidence and a sense of security.

Your child deserves to have a “secure home,” a consistent journey for thinking, emotional, and social skill development.

Instead of forcing your child to constantly adjust to changes upon changing schools, give them a “secure home” from the beginning, because education is a consistent journey, not a jigsaw puzzle of separate pieces. A continuous environment from preschool to high school gives children many advantages:

– Consistent learning pathway – Ensuring consistency in knowledge, learning method, and curriculum. Children follow a clear plan with predetermined outcomes, which is individualized based on their natural pace and strengths, allowing them to gradually acquire knowledge, skills, and self-learning abilities appropriate to each level of education.

– Stable connections – A stable environment helps them better connect with their teachers and friends, nurturing their confidence and positive emotions and facilitating their journey of growth.

– Psychological safety—Without disruption, children feel safe to express themselves, focus on exploring, and fulfill their potential in a familiar environment in which they feel a sense of belonging.

Throughout the whole journey from preschool to primary school, from primary school to secondary school, and from secondary to high school, children experience a consistent and stable environment in terms of learning philosophy, method, and pathway. In this way, educational transitions will no longer mean disruption but a natural step forward. At that point, “the school” will truly be a second home where children feel they belong and are safe to grow, gradually constructing a complete learning journey for self-learning, self-education, and self-construction.

“Edufit has built a successful corporate culture not from anything else, but from sincerity!” This was the remark of Ms. Nong Thi Minh Anh, representative of Asian Vision Company and a parent at FV88 It Com Tay Ho Tay, after attending the Edufit’s Culture Tour 2025 event.

Following its success in 2024, Culture Tour—the “Welcome to Our Home” program—has officially become an annual event of Edufit Education Group. Its mission is to spread the values of Edufit’s culture and people to the business community. This year, Edufit’s journey took guests on a unique experience, beginning with excitement, accelerating with surprises, and slowing down for heartfelt sharing.

Culture-Tour-10

Culture-Tour-04

Culture-Tour-03

Nearly 100 esteemed guests visited the 22,000m² green campus of Sakura Montessori and FV88 It Com Tay Ho Tay, immersing themselves in the daily life of Edufit’s students, teachers, and staff. What impressed business representatives the most was not the modern facilities or the international learning environment, but rather the people and the sincere stories shared throughout the event.

Culture-Tour-01

Culture-Tour-11

Culture-Tour-02

One of those stories was about Thanh Huyen, a student at FV88 It Com Cau Giay, who transformed from a shy girl who only wrote in her diary to a confident Vice President of the Student Council, all thanks to the encouragement of her friends and teachers. It is also the story of little Tuệ An—a student at Sakura Montessori Phạm Hùng – who, despite being only five years old, already understands that love means no discrimination; it is about sharing and spreading kindness to everyone. Another was about Ms. Bach Mai, a parent at FV88 It Com Hai Phong, who agreed to have her child repeat Grade 10 for an extra year just to wait for Dewey to open Grade 11. There was also Ms. Xoe, the “friendliest janitor in the universe” at FV88 It Com Tay Ho Tay, whom students turn to for both their joys and sorrows. These are just a few of the many authentic stories shared during the event.

Culture-Tour-05

Every guest could clearly sense Edufit’s DNA: Integrity, Passion, Generosity, and Lifelong Learning. Building a corporate culture deeply rooted in these four core values and embedding them into every staff member and student has been a long and challenging journey. Through years of implementation, Edufit has developed a “culture blueprint” consisting of six key aspects: Creating the right context, Leadership by example, Cultural pioneers, Standardized processes and environment, Communication, communication, and more communication, Measurement and validation

Culture-Tour-06

Most importantly, Edufit’s success is driven by the sincerity and perseverance of its three female founders. “Leadership by example” is not only one of the six key aspects but also the most critical one in Edufit’s culture journey. The Edufit leadership team has transformed their organization through dedication and unwavering commitment. They actively engage in daily operations, participate in learning activities, and take the lead in spreading cultural values. Each leader has a personal mission statement and demonstrates integrity in every action. At Edufit, employees are not just guided; they are inspired by the determination of their leaders as they pursue a shared vision.

Culture-Tour-12

Culture-Tour-13

Culture-Tour-09

“We look at the kindness and humanity of our leaders for inspiration and self-improvement every day. Nowhere else but at Edufit have I seen an organization where employees are nurtured with a ‘genetic code’ that not only helps us thrive here but also enables us to succeed anywhere. This DNA helps us grow as individuals, in both work and life,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Thanh, CEO of FV88 It Com Hai Phong.

Culture-Tour-07

Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Hang, a representative of ABC Vietnam JSC, also shared: “I brought my entire corporate culture team here to learn, and thanks to Edufit’s six key aspects, I now see a clear path for my company’s future. When I came here, I felt the sincerity of the teachers, staff, and even the leadership team. This sincerity is the foundation of Edufit’s culture. The three Edufit leaders truly embody ‘leadership by example,’ proving that corporate culture starts from the top. This is something every business should learn from.”

Culture-Tour-08

At Edufit, culture is not just about the workplace—it is about building a miniature society for students. Here, generations of Sakura Montessori and FV88 It Com students grow into individuals who embody humanity, kindness, responsibility, and trustworthiness—as Ms. Bach Mai, a parent, beautifully summed up: “My child doesn’t need to look far to learn important life values; they just need to learn from the environment around them.”

*Charity project “Schools of dream” was launched by Edufit in 2014 to: build schools and relevant facilities, provide teaching equipment and school supplies, deliver knowledge and skills to young children of minor ethnic groups in remote and mountainous areas. By far, the project has built and renovated 13 schools in 8 provinces and is aiming to achieve 20+ schools by 2030.

Beyond building schools, the project is the commitment of Edufit to “education for community”. Each construction completed is another step on the road to nurturing faith and facilitating children in remote and mountainous areas to keep up with their learning and strive for a better life. This journey will continue to promote and provide sustainable values to the community and foster local education.
